Real Estate has always been Jan’s passion. Ever since childhood, she had an innate ability to envision the potential in every home. In 2011, she left the cold winters of Cornhusker country and a career in Human Resources and moved to the sunny Space Coast of Florida to begin her career in Real Estate. She has renovated many homes, and staged them to sell. She has owned and managed vacation rentals. Along the way, she has earned the respect of her buyers and sellers by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. She finds joy in utilizing her negotiation skills to help people find the best home to suit their particular needs, and assist with the process of selling the home they have lived in and loved. She strives to provide high quality, personalized and professional service to each and every person she works with.

Since moving to Florida, she has immersed herself in warm weather activities, from kayaking the Brevard County waters to hiking the tree lined trails and keeping a lookout for dolphins, turtles, manatee, and of course, the alligators. You might also find her walking the beach or just watching the waves and the cruise ships coming and going, or taking part in rocket launch viewing. Traveling the world has also been a passion as she enjoys immersing herself in other cultures and meeting new people. Jan sees her grandchildren as often as possible and thoroughly enjoys spoiling them.
