Marvin is a rare native Floridian, born and raised here on the Space Coast. He is a proud graduate of both Cocoa High and Brevard Community College now known as Eastern Florida State College. He grew up fishing in Brevard’s lagoons and has a unique knowledge of the local waterways.

Marvin has shown his commitment to customer service in Brevard County for 40 years in both retail and wholesale venues. He developed his interest in homes while he owned a home décor store in Cocoa Village.

Marvin is a father of three and a grandfather of five. His children all found their own customer-oriented paths though in different industries. They are excelling in hospitality, home health care and video production.

Marvin and his wife share their long-term love of Brevard County. Whether you are a local or brand new to the area, he is excited to extend that knowledge and local expertise regarding the benefits of living on the Space Coast to you.
