Michelle moved to Brevard County from Austin, Arkansas. In Arkansas, she studied home design at Chandler School of Decorating and established herself with high-end clients to beautifully decorate private homes and commercial businesses. Coming from a family of arborists and horticulturalists, landscape design was a natural transition for her. Michelle became a Master Gardener and began successfully designing and building lavish water features for her clients. With her extensive background in landscaping and interior decorating, her move to Merritt Island in 2013 was exciting to her and influenced Michelle to get her real estate license. She has always enjoyed recognizing the potential in properties and wants to share her love of investment with others.
Michelle has the natural ability to successfully guide local, national and multi-national clients with real estate acquisition and lease obligations. Her specialized areas of expertise include strategic negotiation, space utilization, and transaction management. She knows what it takes to successfully close a transaction, making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless for her client.
Michelle is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys kayaking, nature walks, and bicycling. In addition to being an active volunteer with Merritt Island schools, Pop Warner football, and soccer, she is also a partner with the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce, a member of Space Coast Association of Realtors, and an active member of Space Coast Pride. Grateful for an amazing group of friends and co-Realtors, Michelle makes sure that new residents are welcomed in a way that is customary in Brevard County. Her motto is, “I’m not number one, YOU are!” She understands that her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals, and repeat business continue to form the foundation of her career.
