Please allow me to introduce myself!

I am a licensed REALTOR®, originally from Vero Beach, Florida and have lived in the Atlanta area, Connecticut/Western Massachusetts, and finally Central Florida for the longest period of my life—over 30 years. I am an experienced, multi-million dollar producer with Pastermack Real Estate. I know all the Space Coast communities well. Each one has its own its own unique lifestyle flair to offer buyers with varying interests, hobbies and needs. I love working with my customers and take the time to really listen so I get to know each one personally, giving attention to detail such as needs for privacy, convenience to work, play and any other factors that turn a community and a house into a fulfilling life and a comfortable home.

A large portion of my business is made up of repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals, so I do very little personal advertising. Rather than focusing on advertising my own business, my marketing consists mostly of targeting buyers for my listings, so I’m working hard and smart for my current customers rather than myself. When my customers are successful in their buying and selling efforts, I am successful because they become life-long customers and refer me to friends and family. I am thankful to be consistently told that I take the fear out of selling and buying real estate and bring peace to each transaction. I like to think of myself as a buffer for my customers since moving can be a very stressful life event, as can purchasing investment properties. My goal is to make myself available for constant communication and to actively educate the people I work with so they understand what’s happening and are prepared every step of the way. My customers never have trouble reaching me and are never left in the dark.

On a personal note, I love people; I love my family, friends and church family, near and far; I love traveling and supporting missions work around the world; and I love helping others, particularly with buying and selling homes and expanding their real estate portfolios.
