Carla has been in the Brevard County area since 1968. She holds licenses as a Real Estate Broker, and as a Licensed General Contractor specializing n residential and waterfront construction. She has earned the Realtor GRI designation as well as the ABR Buyers Broker designation. Carla has been active in the real estate and construction industry locally for over 20 years. She holds a BS degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine.

On a personal note, Carla has been active in the local school communities and volunteer projects. Currently she is involved with Therapy Dogs Inc. She and her dog Brandy visit schools and hospitals. She is an avid boater, both power and sail. Knowing the rivers so well enables her to find the perfect home for your boat too!
